The trailer is a 5×8 utility trailer — 9 ft long, just over 4 ft wide, 2 ft sides. Picture your pile against that. Disposal included; $79 minimum on any pickup. Poinciana south and west of US-27 may add a small mileage charge — it's in the quote, never a surprise.

Two services, one truck

Labor only (nothing hauled): $60/hr, 2-hour minimum
Cleanouts and take-downs: $60/hr + trailer loads at the prices above — most garages are 1–3 loads; flat quote from a photo
Paid when the job's done, before I pull away — cash, Zelle or Cash App
Background-checked — report available on request
Not doing: electrical, plumbing, roofing, anything structural, tall ladders, or full moves
